This year we came back to the usual dates of harvest, which began on September 17th and ended on October 4th, because despite the drought, the summer was not particularly hot and the accused thermal amplitudes resulted in a normal vegetative cycle . The vines endured the lack of rain and 169,000 kilos of grapes were collected, a figure not much higher than in 2011, as opposed to the general trend in the D.O. where the production felled between 20 and 40%.
